What is Mink Brazilian hair? 

Unlike Mink lashes, your hair is not made from the mink animal. It is made of 100% remy virgin hair, each bundle coming from one donor. "Mink" is simply a term used to describe its superior quality. This hair is known to be much thicker than the average Brazilian hair, cuticles are all aligned, with very minimal shedding and no tangling. Our hair will last you a good 4 plus years with proper care!

How many bundles do I need?

If bundles are being used for a traditional sew-in with a leave-out, we suggest 3-4 bundles.

For a full sew-in or a unit construction with lace closure or frontal, we suggest 2-3 bundles

Please note that the longer the hair is, the more bundles you will need to achieve your desired fullness. So for hair lengths 24" and up, we recommend 4 bundles if your head size is 23" or 24'" in circumference. Head sizes 23'' and up always require an additional bundle.

What color is the hair?

Sally's Strands Mink Brazilian hair comes in all natural off black 1B/#2 color. There may be a slight color variation per bundle due to each donor's hair type.

Can I dye the hair?

Yes! All hair can be dyed, bleached, and restyled as you please. Consider a professional to preserve the longevity of your strands.

How long is processing time and shipping?

All hair orders are done as pre-orders. So processing and shipping times are a little longer. Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order, and that is about 1 week (7 days). And shipping time is the time it takes for you to receive your order. So that is about 2 days. All other items non-hair items such as lace glue, remover and etc,  ship within 4 business days as well. â€‹

 

What are the types of payments?

At check-out we accept Debit/Credit Card or you can split up your payments in 4 easy payments by selecting Klarna. When using Klarna, you will be redirected to their site to create an account or log-in and then redirected back to Sally's Strands to complete and review your order.​

What is the return or exchange policy?​

Due to hygenic purposes, all wigs are final sale, please be sure of what you are purchasing. But in the rare incident that you ordered the wrong size wig, please reach out to us via email at sales@sallysstrands.com so we can see how to help.​
